Ever since Wendy Harnage was 6 years old, she has lived in El Dorado County, growing extensive roots in the community and striving for a life of honesty and integrity, no matter how arduous the task. Before earning her real estate agent license, Wendy was present for her two daughters as a stay-at-home mom, devoting her efforts toward ensuring her family’s well-being; she is now a proud grandmother of three.
When Wendy’s husband retired from 30 years of honorable service in law enforcement, she knew it was her opportunity to jump into the business she has always loved. Wendy’s brother and sister-in-law are real estate agents. With their knowledge and expertise, Wendy was able to satisfy her deep interest in the industry and get a head start out of the gate.
In 2019, Wendy earned her real estate agent license and has cultivated an ever-growing knowledge base and a diverse range of clients. Wendy is happy meeting people and reserving time and attention to learn about her clients’ wants and needs and using every tool in her belt to ensure they get exactly what they want. Though her skill set runs the gamut, she’s exceptionally skilled in showing homes and working with raw land properties.
Wendy leads a fulfilling life helping her clients land their real estate goals, spending time with family, socializing with friends, volunteering at her church, and tending to her garden. She also gets a kick out of teasing her brother while they’re out golfing. In 30 years, he’s never hit that hole-in-one, while she — brand-spanking-new — recently kerplunked her ball right into the hole in a single stroke. What are sisters for?
